As a registration clerk, I process a lot of paperwork from various insurance agents. This is the first time in a LONG time working with various Farmer's agents specifically that I didn't have a long-term fight to get what I needed.
Quick and no fuss--no attempt to give us paperwork that doesn't serve our purposes and no demands on the customers to contact other offices a dozen times.
