Rafael was very down-to-earth, straightforward, and clearly knows his stuff when it comes to insurance. He doesn’t sugarcoat things, which I appreciated, and really showed me the value of having a good agent who makes sure you have the right coverage and understand what you’re paying for. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, honest, and easy-to-talk-to insurance agent.
